IFT exhibition 2019 for food additive

IFT is sponsored by the Institute of Food Technologies and is held annually in alternate cities in the United States. The exhibition has a long history and has held its 71st session so far. It is a well-known international professional exhibition and industry event on food additives, ingredients and science and technology in the Americas. The exhibition gathers the new situation of the transformation of global scientific and technological achievements into products in the food industry, reflects the direction and dynamics of the development of the food industry, and represents the development trend of the World Food Science and technology industry.

In the IFT of 2018, more than 1,000 companies from more than 40 countries in the United States and the world participated in the exhibition. Most of them had two or more exhibition histories. 77% of exhibitors have found new products; 63% have met with current suppliers; 57% have found new suppliers. Sixty-six percent of the exhibitors thought IFT was an opportunity for them to face-to-face with exhibitors during the year. 47% of exhibitors said they would buy at least one product or service at the exhibition.
